End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is between you and PDFMamba for the PDFMamba desktop software.
1. Licence grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use PDFMamba on Windows devices you own or control.
2. Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, sell, rent or sublicense the software.
- Do not decompile or reverse engineer it except where law allows.
- Do not remove copyright or brand notices.
3. Updates
Updates may be delivered through the Microsoft Store and are covered by this EULA.
4. Third-party components
PDFMamba includes open-source components licensed under their own terms, included with the app.
5. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. PDFMamba keeps all rights not expressly granted.
6. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, uninstall the software.
7. No warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is". Our liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
8. Governing law
Laws of India; courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
