By downloading or using PDFMamba you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
PDFMamba is a PDF reader for viewing, annotating, filling and signing PDF files, with optional account sync via Google sign-in.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use PDFMamba for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the service.
- You are responsible for having the right to sign or edit any document you open.
4. Your content
Your documents remain yours. We claim no ownership of files you open or annotate.
5. Intellectual property
The PDFMamba name, logo and software are owned by PDFMamba and protected by law.
6. Microsoft Store
If you obtain PDFMamba through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft's Store terms also apply. Microsoft is not responsible for the app or its support.
7. Disclaimer
PDFMamba is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Always keep backups of important documents.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PDFMamba is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data.
9. Termination
You may stop using PDFMamba at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
